Filippo Tortu won a silver medal behind Noah Lyles in the 100m at the World U20 Championships in Bydgoszcz last summer and the 18-year-old is continuing to crest an upward curve, opening his summer season with a record-breaking display in Savona on Thursday (25) evening.
